time for opening our stockings, but...
our stockings are packed with all our Christmas decorations in storage, so...
all four boys and Purlie had to settle for baskets instead...they'll look cool on their desks!

Notice the three little trees on the bookcase, they were our Christmas tree this year at grandma's house...they looked so cute at night with all the twinkle lights.
Yes, Steve and Purlie (she's cuddled next to him, look under his hand) also get their special "American" Christmas chocolates and kitty yummies too !!!
In late January Deron had the sweet opportunity to join with some 4000 other worshippers converging in LA to be a part of the Passion 08 conference. Deron went with the gang from Flipside. They all had an amazing time before the Lord being led by worship leaders like Chris Tomlin, David Crowther and Matt Redman. They were challlenged with a call to a life of mission for the Lord. Pictured immediately below is Chris Tomlin.

The Passion team will be doing a world tour of some 17 countries, one of which will be Australia (well worth going to if you can make it).
